1. Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Purenik.

By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1.1 Product Ownership and Packaging

  • All milk products are delivered in glass bottles which remain the property of Purenik.
  • Customers are required to return the bottle during the next delivery. Non-compliance may result in a temporary suspension of service.

1.2 Bottle Breakage Policy

  • Any breakage or damage to the glass bottles will incur a charge of ₹50 per bottle. This charge will be added to the next billing cycle.

1.3 Service Timing

  • Deliveries are scheduled strictly between 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Only morning deliveries are available at present. We do not operate in the evening or at night.

1.4 Free Delivery

  • All deliveries are free of cost within our serviceable areas.

1.5 Legal Jurisdiction

  • All legal disputes, claims, or matters arising out of the use of this platform or our products shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We value transparency and strive to ensure a fair experience for our customers. The following policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds:

2.1 Cancellation Post-Payment

  • Customers may cancel their order after making a payment.
  • Refunds for such cancellations shall be initiated within 7 working days from the date of cancellation request, subject to internal verification and process timelines.

2.2 Refund Due to Quality Issues

  • If the milk delivered is found to be of substandard or compromised quality, we request customers to submit:
    • Clear photographs of the delivered bottle and contents
    • Supporting documentation or written explanation of the complaint
  • Upon successful verification of the issue, the refund shall be processed within 7 working days.

2.3 Refund Mode and Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
  • In case of wallet payments or third-party payment gateways, refund timelines may vary based on the provider’s settlement period.

2.4 Important Disclaimer

  • Purenik shall not entertain frivolous or fraudulent claims.
  • In the event of disputes regarding the condition of the product post-delivery, Purenik’s decision based on internal quality checks and evidence submitted shall be considered final.

3. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We ensure the highest standards in our logistics and delivery process to maintain product freshness and customer satisfaction.

3.1 Delivery Timings

  • All orders are delivered strictly between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
  • Only morning delivery is available. No exceptions will be made for custom delivery times.

3.2 Delivery Charges

  • We offer free delivery on all products within our delivery zones.
  • No hidden or additional logistics charges will be levied.

3.3 Order Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed before 10:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day morning delivery (7:00 AM to 10:00 AM).
  • Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered on the day after tomorrow, within the same morning delivery window (7:00 AM to 10:00 AM).
  • Please ensure timely ordering to avoid delivery delays.

3.4 Delivery Area & Limitations

  • Deliveries are subject to availability and serviceability of the customer's location.
  • Purenik reserves the right to refuse delivery to any location deemed outside our current delivery network.

3.5 Bottle Return Protocol

  • Bottles must be returned on the next scheduled delivery.
  • Failure to return the bottle may lead to a temporary halt in further deliveries.

3.6 Bottle Breakage

  • Any broken, damaged, or lost bottle will be charged at ₹50 per bottle.

Final Authority Clause:

All decisions regarding cancellations, refunds, product quality, delivery, or any other matter pertaining to services rendered shall rest solely and exclusively with Purenik. Purenik's determination in any such matter shall be final.
